  1. Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

    Additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out.

    Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the package purchased and length of stay.

  2. For general reservations, you can cancel free of charge until 5:00 PM two days before your check-in date.

    After that time, or in case of a no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

  3. We offer discounted rates for long-term stays.

  1. Baby cribs are available.

    However, they are specially designed for infants under 12 months and cannot be used for older children.

    Rental fee: KRW 30,000 (including VAT)

    Cribs can be requested at the front desk and will be provided upon availability. (Limited quantity)


    For complimentary items:

    Bed rails can be set up inside the room.

    Only one bed rail can be installed per room.

    Bed rails can be placed in all rooms except the "Korean Family Twin" room.

    (That room type uses floor bedding, making rail installation unsafe and unstable.)

  2. Cooking in the room is strictly prohibited.

  3. Deluxe Double, Deluxe Twin: Up to 2 guests

    Korean Family Twin, Family Twin: Up to 3 guests

    Premium Twin, Marine Suite: Up to 4 guests

    Infants are counted the official occupancy and additional guests are not allowed.

    Only the Premium Twin and Marine Suite allow one additional toddler (under 36 months), with an extra guest charge of KRW 22,000.

  4. One toddler under 36 months may stay free of charge per room.

    However, no additional bedding or amenities (towels, toiletries) will be provided for infants.

    We kindly ask for your understanding.


  5. Our hotel does not offer separate heated floor rooms.

    However, we do have Korean Family Twin rooms with low beds placed on mattresses(without frames), which may be suitable for families with small children. Please note that this room does not offer a good view.

  6. Rooms are provided with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bottled water(per number of guests).

    Due to 2024 environmental regulations, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are no longer provided free of charge.

    These items are available for purchase at the vending machine on the 1st floor.

  7. All hotel rooms are non-smoking.

    There are no designated indoor smoking rooms.

    Please note that smoking in rooms may trigger the fire alarm and result in a fine of up to KRW 300,000.

    For smoking, please use the outdoor areas.

  1. The hotel’s 2nd floor has a banquet hall that can accommodate 80 to 100 people and suitable for small weddings, seminars,

    meetings, corporate events, birthday parties, family gatherings, and various other events.

  2. A minimum of 50 people is required to make a reservation.

    Your reservation will be confirmed once a deposit(extra) equivalent to 20% of the total cost is paid upon signing the contract.

  3. Yes, we have a conference room on the 3rd floor that can accommodate up to 10 people.

    Advance reservation is required for conference room use. Please contact the front desk. (032-425-2700)

  1. The Kids Café(ChouChou BongBong) is located on the 3rd floor, and the Jump City(Trampoline Zone) is on B1.

    The Kids Café is a space available to all hotel guests and visitors.

    Except for baby food, outside food and pets are restricted for the safety of infants.

    Discounted tickets are available for hotel guests and can be purchased at the front desk.

  2. The swimming pool is located outdoors on the 11th floor and is for hotel guests only.

    There is no separate changing room, so guests should prepare in advance in their rooms.

    Please read and follow the swimming pool usage guidelines posted on the interior wall at the pool entrance before use.

    In particular, items such as water guns and outside food that may cause inconvenience to other guests are not allowed.

  3. The outdoor pool is on the 11th floor, and there are no separate lockers or shower facilities.

    For sanitary reasons, the pool area is cleaned and maintained before check-in hours.

    Therefore, pool use is only available after you check in.

  4. The fitness center is located on the 3rd floor and is exclusively for hotel guests. (Hours: 06:00 AM – 24:00 AM)

    You must tap your room key card to enter. Towels are provided for free use, and there is no separate changing area.

  5. The Parkmarine Hotel provides both ground-level and tower parking areas, and valet parking service is available.

    Guests staying at the hotel may use the parking lot free of charge. Visitors may park one vehicle for up to 2 hours for free.

    On weekends or public holidays (peak times), the number of available tower and ground-level parking spots may be limited. In such cases, please follow staff guidance and use the public parking lot.


    For public parking:

    Hotel guests receive one 24-hour voucher.

    Visitors receive one 2-hour voucher.

    Additional charges beyond that are the responsibility of the guest.

    The hotel is not responsible for any accidents that occur inside the public parking lot.

  6. The public parking lot is located right across from our hotel.

    Please follow the parking staff’s instructions to exit. The procedure is as follows:


    1. Press the call button and wait for the attendant.

    2. When the attendant answers, say, “This is a Parkmarine Hotel vehicle.”

    3. When prompted with “Please insert the discount ticket,”

    4. Insert the 5-hour discount ticket (valid for one day) and then exit.

    If you do not follow this procedure, additional fees may apply, and the hotel is not responsible in such cases.


    The hotel is not responsible for any accidents that occur inside the public parking lot.

  1. In accordance with Article 253 of the Korean Civil Law (Acquisition of Lost Property),

    we operate a lost and found system based on guest property management regulations.

    All items lost within the hotel are collected and managed by the hotel's lost and found center.

    After verification, any stored items will be returned to the guest.

  2. We provide daily housekeeping service for your convenience.

    Additionally, the self-service laundry room on B2 is equipped with washers and dryers.

    Laundry detergent is available for free at the front desk (once per day per room).

  3. Our hotel does not provide airport pickup or shuttle services.

  4. Yes, we offer room service with a variety of menu items from the restaurant located on the 2nd floor of the hotel.
